There aren’t many things more exciting than building a new custom home. Hopefully when it’s finished, your new Mt Sterling home is everything you’ve always dreamed of and planned for. Through the construction process you’ve been eager, involved and patient while the house came to life and now, finally, it’s time to move in!

On this big day, a member of the Mt Sterling Custom Homes team will be there to guide you through every important aspect of your new home. We’ll help you become well acquainted with the details of your new appliances, filters, HVAC system, plumbing, water systems, gas and electrical systems, and the list goes on. Basically we’ll train you on how to use and maintain every important system and feature in your home so that you will be comfortable and confident living there from day one. After all, you’re home now!

Customer Care

At Mt Sterling Custom Homes, our first priority is making sure that our customers feel completely satisfied and taken care of at every step of the building process, beginning with the planning phase, construction, and on through completion (and at every other step along the way). We hope to not only build your home, but to build a lasting personal relationship with you that will grow beyond the building time frame of your home.

As part of that relationship, we are committed to being there for you whenever you need us – even 10 years down the road. Often people underestimate the value of hiring a builder that not only builds a beautiful home, but one that becomes a reliable partner after the home is complete. As such, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get the resources you need for maintenance and warranty details.

Upon completion, you will receive your own HomeProfile packet, specific to your new home and all the features within. This profile will be provided to you in a custom binder for quick reference to detailed information regarding warranties, use and care manuals, and supplier and subcontractor contacts.

Your HomeProfile is a valuable resource that will help you use and maintain all the systems and appliances in your new Mt Sterling home. Along with the binder, you will have around-the-clock access to your own online HomeProfile account, where you will find even more detailed information about your home.

As a member of the club, you’ll receive our monthly newsletter to keep you informed of the goings on at Mt Sterling Custom Homes, free home maintenance and care advice, warranty updates, and most importantly, information regarding our customer appreciation events.
